The Academy adopts a wide range of teaching and assessment strategies that offer each student entry points aligned with their learning style and allow them to demonstrate understanding in multiple ways. We also provide specialized support in both Arabic and English, strengthening students’ confidence and enabling them to participate meaningfully in all learning experiences.
The Learning Support Department is a cornerstone of our inclusive educational approach. It is staffed by a team of specialists in special education and speech and language, who work collaboratively to design Individualized Education Plans that respond to students’ academic and social needs. This work is carried out in close partnership with teachers and parents. When needed, individual support sessions are provided outside the classroom, ensuring flexible and effective responses to each student’s needs. The department also supports gifted and talented students through enrichment programmes that nurture their abilities and provide greater opportunities for challenge and creativity.
Within this framework, the Academy places strong emphasis on building authentic partnerships with parents, grounded in the belief that learning is a shared journey. Ongoing communication between home and school plays a vital role in supporting students and empowering them to reach their full potential. In an educational environment that values the learner before the curriculum, every student is seen, heard, and supported.
