Fee Regulations

Application Fee: A non-refundable fee of QAR 500, payable once upon submitting the application.
Seat Reservation Fee: A seat reservation fee of QAR 2,000 is payable during the second semester. This secures the student’s place until the start of the following academic year. If the student does not enroll or tuition fees are not paid within the deadlines stated in the fee schedule, the Academy reserves the right to allocate the seat to another student.
Tuition Fees: Tuition fees are due at the beginning of each semester as outlined in the fee schedule. Fees may also be paid in full at the beginning of the academic year.
Sibling Discount:
The Academy offers sibling discounts on tuition fees as follows:
- Second child: 5% discount
- Third child: 10% discount
- Fourth child: 10% discount
Mid-Semester Enrollment:
- If a student enrolls during the first half of the semester, application, registration, and book fees apply, in addition to full tuition fees for the semester.
- If a student enrolls after the first half of the semester, application, registration, and book fees apply, in addition to 50% of the semester tuition fees.
Withdrawal Notice: Parents are requested to notify the Academy in writing at least one month prior to the student’s final departure date.
Textbooks: School textbooks are sold by the Academy and are charged separately.
Educational Trips: The Academy values educational trips and student participation in them. Tuition fees do not include the cost of trips; parents are responsible for related expenses (such as transportation and entry fees).
Fee Adjustments: Tuition and additional fees are subject to annual revision, subject to approval by the Ministry of Education and Higher Education.
