Overview
The Arab International Academy – Doha comprises three purpose-built academic buildings, each designed to meet the needs of the age group it serves: a Kindergarten building, a Primary School building, and a Middle School building. The design of these buildings reflects an educational philosophy that supports students’ learning and development within a safe, spacious, and stimulating environment.
The Academy’s design emphasizes wide spaces and dedicated learning units for each grade level and learning area, fostering a sense of belonging and encouraging collaboration and positive relationships among students. Colours have been carefully selected using calm, natural tones that promote wellbeing, comfort, and focus.
The buildings benefit from abundant natural light, surrounding green spaces, and gardens that create a vibrant learning environment and invite interaction and exploration. The Academy also encourages students to engage mindfully with their school surroundings through open learning areas and sustainable practices, including recycling initiatives and environmental projects that strengthen students’ sense of responsibility toward nature.
Sports facilities are among the Academy’s key strengths, with modern indoor and outdoor courts and halls designed to support physical fitness, encourage movement and activity, and host a variety of sports programmes and tournaments that meet the needs of students across all stages.
