Overview
The Arab International Academy is committed to offering high-quality academic programmes that align with its educational vision and philosophy, and that respond to students’ needs within a local context that is open to the world. Within this framework, the Academy is authorized by the International Baccalaureate Organization to offer the Primary Years Programme (PYP) from Kindergarten to Grade 5 and the Middle Years Programme (MYP) from Grades 6 to 8.
The Academy aims to support the holistic development of each student; intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically, while empowering them to face challenges with a positive mindset and an open mind. At the same time, it nurtures self-awareness and pride in identity, enabling students to make ethical decisions and engage thoughtfully and responsibly with their communities and the wider world.
Through its authorized programmes, the Academy seeks to cultivate a range of student attributes and competencies that enhance intellectual curiosity, critical thinking, communication, responsibility, openness to others, and reflection on learning experiences - within a balanced educational framework that places the student at the heart of the learning process.
