The Academy places special emphasis on the teaching of History due to its vital role in strengthening identity, fostering a sense of belonging, and developing students’ critical understanding of the past. History education also deepens students’ awareness of, and respect for, other societies and cultures. To this end, a World History curriculum has been developed for Grades 6 to 10 and is taught in both Arabic and English.
